I initiated updating the visuals on our internal training platform (built on Looop), as this is the first place new employees visit for their onboarding experience. I felt it was important for this to be engaging and on-brand.
I initiated updating the visuals on our internal training platform (built on Looop), as this is the first place new employees visit for their onboarding experience. I felt it was important for this to be engaging and on-brand.
We had to work to the limitations of the platform in terms of image specs, gradient at the bottom of each image, text covering the image, etc, and we decided to implement a key to represent each area of training such as HR, Product Training and Onboarding.
