The brief was to brand and create a family friendly airline. I came up with the airline name, ‘hello’. The name relates to the airline being very welcoming and friendly, whilst also providing a personalised experience.
As soon as the tickets have been bought you are able to access the app, which is designed for both the children and adults. The personalisation continues with the boarding passes containing paper plane badges with their names on and then onto the plane itself where activity packs are given out.
